I manage daily IT operations, ensuring systems remain stable and available. My responsibilities include overseeing backup and disaster recovery processes, managing identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID, and maintaining core network infrastructure such as LAN/WAN, VPNs, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Exchange Server. I also lead Microsoft 365 migrations and have coordinated full-scale infrastructure deployments across multiple sites, covering structured cabling, PoE switching, wireless networks, IP telephony, and server rooms. In addition, I drive smart-building initiatives that bring together KNX automation, access control, intercom systems, touch panels, and CCTV surveillance. Supporting end users through remote tools and training is also a key part of how I keep operations running efficiently.

My role covered everything from keeping servers online to making sure endpoints stayed secure across 42+ bank branches. I was the person people called when POS systems, CTS machines, printers, or scanners acted up, and I handled the networking side too, including PoE and general hardware fixes. I worked with Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 daily, setting up user accounts, organizing OUs, applying GPOs, and managing mailboxes and permissions for roughly a thousand people. I also spent a lot of time inside VMware, spinning up VMs, handling snapshots and clones, keeping vCenter and ESXi hosts in check, and making sure DRS and HA were doing their job. Storage was part of the picture too: VMFS and NFS datastores, LUNs, backup schedules, retention policies. I managed Windows DNS with a split-brain setup, kept branch networks connected through Cisco switches and VLANs, and enforced device compliance policies through SCCM and Intune. On top of that, I led a 24/7 service desk team, followed ITIL workflows, and we consistently closed over 95% of tickets on the first call.

I supported critical government IT systems, helping keep data transactions and identity services running across regional branches. My work involved maintaining Active Directory structures with strict OU and access controls, digging into Windows Server event logs to track down DNS, DHCP, and authentication problems before they affected users. I managed centralized antivirus updates and OS patch rollouts, and handled POS workstation imaging, application deployments, and hardware troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted transaction processing.
